HMD Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with CSCEC (Zhengzhou)

 

On March 15, 2017, HMD and CSCEC (Zhengzhou) Urban Development & Construction Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Zhengzhou. Ding Lei (GM and deputy secretary of Party Committee, CSCEC (Zhengzhou) Urban Development & Construction), Luo Zhongyuan (Vice GM, secretary of Party Committee), Xu Shi (managing director of HMD), Lu Xiaoning (GM of HMD Beijing), and Wu Min (GM of HMD Shanghai) attended the signing ceremony. The signing marked the establishment of a solid strategic partnership, laying a good foundation for the sustained, healthy and rapid development of HMD's strategic layout in Zhengzhou.
