On April 27, 2017, the "2016-2017 Real Estate Design China Award" was held at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), hundreds of design agencies from around the world came with their latest works to compete for the contest. This year, it attracted a total of 137 renowned institutions from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, America, Britain, Germany, Japan, Australia, Singapore and other countries and areas. The Organizing Committee received a total of 389 pieces of works from home and abroad.
Two projects designed by HMD, i.e., Xi'an Wanke Daming Palace and Yunnan Mountain and Sea View Villa, were successfully presented with the "Honorable Mention Award". Liang Miao, GM of HMD Shenzhen, represented the company to receive the awards.
Real Estate Design China Award was founded by DJSER.com. It is currently one of the most influential architectural awards with highest profile in China; and a credible and symbolic international award in the field of design.
