Life and study in a Scandinavian city can mean a very special experience. The vision of the design is that a unique life style that integrates knowledge, business and arts can hopefully be created. In light of such a life style and future development thought, a story about "a dream that comes true" is contrived for the major concept of Chengdu's Scandinavian city park. This spatial design is used to display a faith that story, hope, dream and perseverance are essential. The fulfillment of one's objectives in life, and this city-like park, will be a platform and bridge between China and Scandinavian countries, on which platform the vision of the cooperation between and the integration of different cultures and civilizations can be deduced. Humankind in different regions and of different races may make their dream of a beautiful life come true through different ways, but this Nobel Park will unite people around the world who have the desire and determination to pursue their noble objectives in life. The design of this park represents the making of a dream in life, and the combination of artificial landscape and natural resources will make the entire park a landscape park capable of sustainable development.
