The project, located on Jiaozhou Huxin Island where both the natural and cultural landscapes are exceptional, is a South Asian style lakeside holiday villa project. Extraordinary sensuous joy is created by the indoor and outdoor visual line extensions and recreational lifestyles in terms of spatial functions.

Two sidewalk landscape axises running from east to west are designed on the south and the north of the project site in concert with the golf course on the east to form separated pedestrian and vehicular circulations that constitute the Residential community's basic road networks. The courtyard green space and the capacious central landscape green space in conjunction with the Shaohai waters to the west of the project site form a green network that covers the entire Residential community.
