This residential project, located at Kunming, Yunnan, is designed with a building area of approximately 240,000 ㎡(51,000 ㎡ for Phase I). The project takes advantage of the natural hillside slopes of the project site for building a hillside community that is distinct from others for its unique architectural style.

The project is built into a variety of architectural spaces according to the topographical relief of the site and as a result the buildings become an integral part of the environment in which the inhabitants, the buildings and the nature co-exist in harmony. It is a project of Wright architecture style and made of natural materials for low carbon green life.
