Design Motif: Scandinavian Impression

Design strategy: The entire Scandinavian landscape is inspired by the latitude and cultural characteristics of Daqing and is to be developed in phases. The project aims to lead the new fashion of luxury Residential communities and to be a new landmark of high-end property in Daqing. Cultural axis (north-south) - A city of Lapland identity and impression by the integration of Scandinavian culture and Daqing culture. Green sub-axis (east-west) - The tranquil, secluded, and comfortable Vänern park, an embodiment of the integration of the beauty of Scandinavian nature and the environment of Daqingn. Four garden clusters - Re-interpretation and artistic reproduction of the characteristics of Scandinavian countries by virtue of modern landscaping methods which integrate Scandinavian romance and Daqing temperament to yield green space clusters of exceptional artistic quality to meet functional requirements.
