The project is located on the main axis (Renmin South Road) of Chengdu, Sichuan, at the gateway position of the area, sitting on favorable urban display.

The urban observation platform and the city lighthouse make up a 360° cityscape display platform. The design includes all-around show fields integrated with the commercial space - exhibition center, main venue and branch venues where various cultural and tourist activities of Chengdu and Sichuan are held, and the Carnival Plaza integrated with urban space. The design concept emphasizes the display of the most representative cultural totems of Sichuan, and creates a place of happiness to experience the leisure and slow life of Chengdu. At night, the cloud swimming pool is like a flying wing of light in the sky, and beside the bubble pools, big or small, reflect the light of the starry sky. It's like roaming in the clouds, and the projection of water curtain on both sides providing a new leisure experience. As for building structure, the green channel connecting the upper and lower spaces could be used as a sign displaying the changing seasons of Chengdu, making use of seasonal changes of different plants to express the four seasons of Chengdu.
