The project is made up of six large towers, a shopping center and public buildings. The shopping center forms the base of the International Fortune Center, and above the base are the 5A first-grade office building, five-star hotel, twin towers of SOHO apartments, and residential tower. Other functions include cultural center, library and bus stop that leads directly to the subway station. The design goal is to create a brand new public channel connecting the large public square with the low-rise core commercial space landscape. The plot is divided into two by a road. The original concept is to effectively connect the commercial podiums of each side, favoring the activation of commerce, attracting people, and making the display side along East Street more elegant.
